Since 2010, we have been dedicated to one simple mission: helping older adults regain their independence, mobility, and confidence in the comfort of their own homes.
We understand that for many, travelling to a clinic is difficult, stressful, or simply impossible. That is why we bring the clinic to you. Our team of expert physiotherapists and occupational therapists provide compassionate, professional rehabilitation across Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire.

Founded on Care and Compassion
Medella was founded by Naomi Patrick, a Chartered Physiotherapist who recognised a significant gap in care for older adults. After years of working in the NHS, she saw how stressful it was for patients with mobility challenges to travel to appointments — and how that stress often delayed their recovery.
She established Medella as a service focused entirely on home visits, starting in Ringwood and gradually expanding across Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire. Today, our team includes both physiotherapists and occupational therapists, allowing us to offer comprehensive rehabilitation that addresses both physical recovery and practical independence.
Our core values remain unchanged. We believe that therapy is most effective when delivered in a familiar, relaxed environment. By seeing you in your own home, we can identify practical solutions to your daily challenges — whether that is navigating the stairs safely, getting out of a chair with ease, or walking to the local shop.
We do not just treat conditions; we help people live their lives to the fullest.
