We provide private physiotherapy and occupational therapy home visits across the entire New Forest National Park — from Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst to Lymington, New Milton, and the smaller villages in between. Specialising in elderly rehabilitation, we help patients recover safely at home after discharge from Lymington New Forest Hospital or Southampton General.

"Naomi has been providing regular physiotherapy for my Father following quite a severe stroke. Dad always looks forward to and enjoys Naomi's visits. She is very kind, calm, friendly and professional. I have always felt that his treatment was beneficial and the improvement in his movement since his stroke has been down to Naomi's expertise and encouragement."

Why Choose Home Visits in the New Forest?
The New Forest is a beautiful but rural area, and for many older residents, getting to a clinic appointment can be difficult or impossible. Public transport is limited, and driving long distances after surgery or illness is often out of the question. By bringing expert care to your home, we remove these barriers and allow you to focus entirely on your recovery.
Treatment in Your Real Environment
We assess and treat you in your own home — practising on your stairs, getting in and out of your chair, and navigating your garden. This makes therapy immediately relevant to daily life.
No Waiting Lists
As a private practice, we don't have NHS-style waiting times. Most New Forest patients are seen within days of their first call — essential when you've just left hospital.
Family Can Be Involved
Home visits mean family members or carers can easily join sessions, learn exercises, and understand how to support recovery between appointments.

Independent reviews from families we have helped. Read all 27 reviews.
"Our father aged 98 had a fall and fractured his leg. When he came out of hospital he was advised to have regular physiotherapy to get him walking again. Seena worked with him on a regular basis for about 3 months and our father can now get around on his own again. Without Seena's skill, encouragement and patience I don't think we would be where we are today. She also kindly gave us regular updates on his progress. We are very grateful for all Seena has done and would unhesitatingly recommend her."

"Thank you Medella! I was mostly bed-bound following a nasty ankle fracture when I Googled home physiotherapy near me. From the moment Naomi returned my call, I knew I had found the right match. She explained how Medella work, listened attentively, responded clearly and ensured a physiotherapist would contact me very soon. True to her word, Jo contacted me to arrange an initial visit including an assessment. From the moment of arrival, she was warm, professional, reassuring and very enabling. After each appointment, Jo emailed me a specific exercise programme which was measurable, achievable, relevant and targeted exactly what I needed including help with vestibular issues which had alarmed me. Jo responded promptly to my regular email updates providing me with further reassurance. I am now well on my way and, better still, continue with the exercises which are now a daily and enjoyable ritual with clear results! Thank you Jo, thank you Naomi. Given such high standards, professionalism and dedicated commitment, Medella is assuredly highly recommended."
