How We Help with Post-Surgery Recovery

Recovering from surgery at home can feel daunting, but with the right support you can regain strength and independence faster than you might expect. Our therapists visit you at home, so every exercise and recommendation is tailored to your environment — your stairs, your bathroom, your daily routine.

We combine physiotherapy (rebuilding strength, range of movement, and confidence) with occupational therapy (practical help with daily tasks, equipment, and home safety) to deliver a complete rehabilitation programme.

Whether you need to regain mobility, manage pain, or simply get back to doing the things that matter to you, our HCPC-registered therapists are here to help. Many of our team also hold NHS positions, so they understand the clinical pathways and can coordinate with your surgeon and GP.

Our chartered physiotherapists help rebuild strength, restore range of movement, and improve balance and confidence after surgery. We bring all necessary equipment to your home.
