We believe in clear, upfront pricing for all our home visit physiotherapy and occupational therapy services. Every price below is for a session in your own home — delivered by a senior, HCPC-registered therapist. There are no agency fees, no hidden charges, and all costs are confirmed before we visit.
Whether you need physiotherapy for movement and strength, or occupational therapy for daily living and home safety — you'll know exactly what to expect before we arrive.

These prices cover rehabilitation OT. Specialist services (wheelchair assessments, home adaptations, carer training) are quoted individually — call us to discuss your needs.
Travel, Payment & Cancellation
Travel Costs
We always assign the nearest available therapist to keep costs low. The first 5 miles of travel from your therapist's base are free. Beyond that, travel is charged at £2 per mile.
Many of our patients in core towns like Ringwood, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton, and Poole pay little to no travel fees. See our areas we cover for details.
Payment Options
We invoice monthly in arrears — you receive all your therapy for a calendar month and we send an invoice at the start of the following month.
You can pay by:

- Card (via Stripe)
- Direct Debit (via GoCardless)
- Cheque
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. To avoid a charge, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- 24–48 hours' notice: £30 fee
- Less than 24 hours: £60 + travel costs
- Missed appointment: £60 + travel costs

Our home visit physio cost covers more than just the session itself. Every visit includes travel to your home, a full treatment session, and follow-up support.
Senior Therapist
Every session is delivered by an experienced, HCPC-registered therapist — not a junior or assistant.
Home Visit Included
No need to travel. Your therapist comes to your home, care home, or residential setting anywhere in our coverage area.
Ongoing Support
Your therapist is available by phone or email between visits for questions about your care at no extra cost.
Family Involvement
Family members and carers are welcome to be involved in sessions — your therapist will guide everyone on how to support recovery.

Insurance & Funding
We are a self-pay service and do not work directly with health insurance companies. Here's why — and what your options are.
Why We Don't Work With Insurers
Insurance companies pay a standard rate regardless of a therapist's experience or whether they travel to your home. Those rates simply don't reflect the cost of sending a senior, HCPC-registered therapist to your door. Rather than compromise on the quality of our team, we choose to work on a self-pay basis — so every patient gets the experienced home visit care they deserve.
Insurer Reimbursement
That said, most insurers will agree to reimburse you for part of the cost if you submit a claim yourself. We provide fully itemised invoices for this purpose, and we're happy to work with you on that basis. Check with your provider about their out-of-network or cash plan reimbursement options.
Cash Plan Policies
Many patients successfully claim through cash plan policies such as SimplyHealth, Medicash, or WPA. These plans typically reimburse a set amount per session — we provide fully itemised invoices that you can submit directly.
Case Manager & Solicitor Referrals
We work with case managers and solicitors for medico-legal and personal injury cases. In these cases, invoicing and progress reports are directed to the referring professional.
NHS vs Private
We are a private service, separate from the NHS. Many patients come to us because NHS community physiotherapy has long waiting lists or limited availability. Our private home visits mean you can start treatment straight away — often within a week of your first call.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our pricing is transparent. The only additional costs are for travel beyond 5 miles or for specialist reports or equipment — all of which are discussed and agreed with you in advance. The prices on this page are exactly what you’ll pay.
Can I claim through my health insurance?
We don’t work directly with insurers because they pay standard rates that don’t reflect the experience of our therapists or the cost of home visits. However, most insurers will agree to reimburse you for part of the cost. We provide fully itemised invoices that you can submit for reimbursement. Cash plan policies (SimplyHealth, Medicash, WPA) are particularly straightforward.
