For Case Managers
Specialist Rehabilitation Partners for Case Management & Complex Care
We deliver Rehabilitation Code 2015 compliant physiotherapy and occupational therapy for your most complex clients. Our senior clinicians provide rapid assessments, measurable outcomes, and integrated MDT reporting — directly to the client's home across Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire.
"Our team averages 18 years of post-qualification clinical experience, with most clinicians holding 20+ years in practice. When you instruct Medella, you are not getting a newly qualified therapist with a handbook — you are getting seasoned practitioners who have managed complex caseloads across acute, community, and private settings."
— Naomi Patrick, Clinical Director

Mobile Rehabilitation Across Wessex
Our team provides home-based physiotherapy and occupational therapy across Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire. We visit clients in their own homes, care homes, supported living settings, and transitional housing — wherever your client needs us.
With a dedicated local team rather than a national network of freelancers, we offer continuity of therapist and consistent clinical quality. If you manage clients in the Wessex region, we are well-positioned to respond quickly and reliably.
Common Questions from Case Managers
How quickly can you assess a new client?
We aim to complete an initial assessment within 48 hours of accepting a referral. For urgent cases, same-day or next-day assessments can often be arranged. Contact our Clinical Director directly to discuss urgent requirements.
Do you provide expert witness reports?
No. We operate strictly as Treating Therapists. This avoids any conflict of interest and ensures our clinical focus remains entirely on your client's rehabilitation. If you require expert witness services, we are happy to recommend suitable independent experts.
Can you provide both Physio and OT?
Yes. We are one of the few private practices in the region offering both physiotherapy and occupational therapy under one roof. This means a single referral, one point of contact, and a truly integrated MDT approach to your client's rehabilitation.
