We had Seena help my 91 year old mum recover from a hip replacement operation last year. Seena was excellent at encouraging my mum to do all the appropriate exercises and getting her confidence back after her fall. We have been very pleased with the results. We have been using Seena on a weekly basis for 10 months as we see the benefit she is giving to my mum. She would not be as strong on her feet if we did not have Seena helping us. Thank you Seena.

Jo was excellent in supporting my 99 year old dad after he suffered a hip fracture. She supported him to get mobile and provided exercises to help him regain muscle strength. Lots of incredibly helpful suggestions and an extremely positive and encouraging therapist — we are extremely grateful!

My daughter contacted Medella for advice after my major surgery and stroke. The receptionist was extremely helpful and felt Seena would be the right physiotherapist to help me. Seena has given a sympathetic but firm approach encouraging me to regain movement in both my arms and to also strengthen my legs. Had a major worry post op I wouldn't be able to cope to do the physio myself, I called Medella and had a lovely phone welcoming me with them and was allocated Jo. What can I say about Jo — made me feel so at ease and talked me through things and gave me a plan what I needed to do. I'm on the 3rd visit this week and where I dreaded it, now I look forward to it. Most thing I worried about was pain but Jo is very gentle and understands the body very well so she does it perfectly to my needs. Thank you again.

Our father aged 98 had a fall and fractured his leg. When he came out of hospital he was advised to have regular physiotherapy to get him walking again. Seena worked with him on a regular basis for about 3 months and our father can now get around on his own again. Without Seena's skill, encouragement and patience I don't think we would be where we are today. She also kindly gave us regular updates on his progress. We are very grateful for all Seena has done and would unhesitatingly recommend her.

The physiotherapy we received is outstanding. I can't recommend the benefits of having a home physio highly enough. After being told by a hospital physio that he would never walk again, after 4 weeks of treatment my dad is now able to walk with assistance and is making huge progress.

I was very happy with the physiotherapy treatments received by Katy for my ankle fracture. I noticed improvements in my walking, balance and flexibility almost immediately. As a long term sufferer of migraines I reached out to Medella for acupuncture treatment. I had an understanding that acupuncture has been used to treat migraines but never felt it was for me. My therapist suggested giving it a go and this treatment has completely changed my understanding of my pain and how to manage it. She is professional and great at tailoring the treatment to my very needs, by constantly reviewing and asking for feedback on my progression. I can highly recommend this wonderful home visiting Physiotherapy team. Naomi who takes your initial enquiry was brilliant. She took lots of time to listen to our situation and explained the services that they can provide. Once we decided to proceed a discussion is had with the team and the Physio best suited to the patient's needs is allocated. The team deal with both the mental and physical side of ill health which really helps. Our patient was in a pretty bad way and not in a position to travel so finding a home physio service was a godsend. Leah, our physio was wonderful, so kind, patient, respectful and understanding and really helped to move our patient forward after a very bad crushed vertebrae. Not only was she great on her visits but really supportive and helpful via email too. She really cares about the progression of the recovery and I am happy to say that our patient is really very well now. My brother was diagnosed with Parkinsons 12 years ago, and as the condition progressed, he was not able to exercise and we knew he needed additional support. We found Medella on the internet and were introduced to our physiotherapist. The Parkinsons condition affects people in different ways. After a few visits she had established a great rapport with Christian. Each visit was tailored to his ability on the day. She devised programs that suited my brother, made them enjoyable and gave him a sense of accomplishment. He looked forward to the sessions and significant progress was made both in movement and self confidence. She supported me and the other carers with suggestions of exercise programs and activities to use throughout the week. She was a very good communicator and would update me about that week's session or of any issues that might have arisen. I found this invaluable. When other professional support was needed to improve the care program for my brother, she was there to give that advice or point us in the right direction. This holistic approach to physiotherapy made such a difference. I wish we had found you sooner. A big heartfelt thank you to Medella and the team.

A very professional service. I had a fall and fractured my hip bone which required major surgery. My therapist is kind and has helped me make good progress with the exercises and my walking has really improved. I shall continue to use their service to help my recovery.

Would highly recommend this company. My physio was Sheena — she was the light at the end of the tunnel after breaking my hip and badly bruising my knee after a fall. She gave me the confidence to do all the exercises with great results. Within 3 months of my op I was swimming, taking long walks and driving. Thank you Sheena for all your help!

I have just finished my course with physiotherapist Hannah. I have gone from only walking to the end of my drive to walking 30 mins with rollator. Hannah has done marvels with me and I am so thankful. A first rate physio.

During what has been a terrible time for our family with Covid and losing our Mum, our therapist has been fantastic in her care for my Dad. Always patient and caring and her knowledge of her profession is second to none. Dad was almost doubled over with sciatica and pain in his legs but her gentle exercise suggestions have been fantastic. He's now free of pain and at 86 years old, how many people can say that?!

Following a major accident I was discharged from hospital with a repaired but non functioning arm and leg. Found Medella Physiotherapy on a Google search and have been receiving treatment from one of their physios with a great depth of knowledge. She has been a tremendous support mentally and guiding me through various exercises to re-establish strength and movement. She has been liaising closely with the NHS physio service to provide a far greater range of treatment than the NHS can provide. Well worth the expenditure.

Naomi has been providing regular physiotherapy for my Father following quite a severe stroke. Dad always looks forward to and enjoys Naomi's visits. She is very kind, calm, friendly and professional.
