  • Personalised exercise programmes
  • Balance and walking training
  • Pain management techniques

Improve Safety at Home

Our occupational therapists assess your loved one's home for hazards and recommend practical changes. From grab rails to better lighting, we help make the home a safer place to live independently.

  • Home safety assessments
  • Equipment and adaptation advice
  • Falls prevention strategies

Manage Long-Term Conditions

Living with a condition like Parkinson's, dementia, arthritis, or COPD doesn't mean giving up independence. We help your loved one maintain their abilities and adapt to changes with ongoing, expert support.

  • Condition-specific treatment plans
  • Daily living support and strategies
  • Family and carer education

What Families Say About Us

Hear from families who have trusted us with their loved one's care.

"Our father aged 98 had a fall and fractured his leg. Seena worked with him for about 3 months and our father can now get around on his own again. We would highly recommend this service."

-- Martin Fricker

"After being told by a hospital physio that he would never walk again, after 4 weeks of treatment my dad is now able to walk with assistance. Incredible results."

Common Questions from Families

How quickly can you see my parent?

We can usually arrange the first home visit within a few days. If your loved one has just been discharged from hospital or has had a fall, we prioritise urgent referrals and can often visit within 24-48 hours. There are no waiting lists.

Do we need a doctor's referral?

No. You can contact us directly to arrange a home visit -- no GP referral is needed. We can liaise with your loved one's GP, consultant, or hospital team afterwards if that would be helpful.

Are your therapists vetted?

Absolutely. Every one of our therapists is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a member of either the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) or the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT), and holds an enhanced DBS check. They are fully insured and have extensive experience working with older adults in home settings.

My loved one has dementia. Can you still help?

Yes. Our therapists have specialist experience working with people living with dementia. We adapt our approach to your loved one's needs, using familiar routines and gentle encouragement. We also work closely with family members and carers to provide strategies that help between visits. Learn more on our dementia care page.

Worried About a Loved One?

You don't have to manage alone. Call us for a free, friendly conversation about your loved one's situation. We'll listen, answer your questions, and explain how we can help -- with no obligation and no pressure.
